On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 4+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
