CO2 welder — Sussex County

Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Sussex County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
