Fabricator-welder — Taylor County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Taylor County, Texas. You will work on a structural steel site. On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
