Tile roofer wanted in Tallapoosa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile roofer in Tallapoosa County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
