Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Franklin County, Alabama. You will be based in a catering unit. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
