Join our team: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Morgan County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy body shop. The role involves: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE 1+ years on the tools preferred.
