Forklift operator • Borough of Torbay, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a forklift operator in Borough of Torbay, England. You will be based at a busy distribution centre. You will keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch; charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around £2,250 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
