Road roller operator — Camden County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a road roller operator in Camden County, Georgia. You will work at a plant hire yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery The role involves load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift.
