Immediate opening: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Butler County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
