Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Ouachita County, Arkansas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 2+ years on the tools preferred.
