Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Antrim County, Michigan. You will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Six days a week, one day off.
