Great opportunity: waitress (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in West Berkshire, England. The job is at a beach resort. On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
