Kitchen porter wanted in Lake County

On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Six days a week, one day off.
