Join our team: confectioner (Enugu State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Enugu East, Enugu State. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off.
