Cement mason — Northumberland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cement mason in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
