Urgent requirement: banksman (Benue State)

Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Katsina-Ala, Benue State. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Performance bonus on top of base pay.
