Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Saint Johns County, Florida. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
