Powder spray gun operator — City of Belfast

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in City of Belfast, Northern Ireland. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around £130 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
