Dishwashing attendant • West Lothian, Scotland

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in West Lothian, Scotland. You will work at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
