Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Winnebago County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
