Roof repair specialist — Bates County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Bates County, Missouri. Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) You will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; insulate and ventilate the roof void; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
