Cake decorator — Southend-on-Sea

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Southend-on-Sea, England. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
