Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Saint Landry Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
