Steel fixing chargehand wanted in Ikom

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Ikom, Cross River State. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations The role involves: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions We offer ₦110,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
