Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Sokoto North, Sokoto State. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
