Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
