Thermal insulation technician • Orange County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Orange County, California. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Your main tasks: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
