Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Leslie County, Kentucky. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Six days a week, one day off.
