Line cook wanted in Routt County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Routt County, Colorado. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
