Powder coating line operator — South Lanarkshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Six days a week, one day off.
