Concrete worker wanted in Avoyelles Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete worker in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Full-time, day shift.
