Insulation worker • Harvey County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Harvey County, Kansas. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. Your main tasks: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Overtime paid at a premium rate.
