Roofing technician — City of Fairfax

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in City of Fairfax, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel The role involves: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Part-time with flexible hours. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
