Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Saint Helena Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Day to day you will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
