Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Full-time, day shift.
