We are recruiting: toolroom milling operator (Colorado)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Summit County, Colorado. You will work in a CNC machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
