Immediate opening: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Cheboygan County, Michigan. The job is in a mirror and glass showroom. You will grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Able to cut glass accurately to size Rotating shifts.
