Immediate opening: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Clarke County, Virginia. Requirements: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Day-to-day duties: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
