Vacancy available: building site helper (Federal Capital Territory)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a building site helper in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. The job is with a civil contractor. You should have: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day to day you will load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns.
