Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Full-time, day shift.
