Day to day you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
