Tree and shrub pruner • Southend-on-Sea, England

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Southend-on-Sea, England. The job is in a public park. Your main tasks: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Full-time, day shift.
