Concrete shuttering carpenter • Calhoun County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Calhoun County, Illinois. You will work on a residential tower site. The role involves: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings 6+ years on the tools preferred.
