Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Putnam County, Illinois. You will work in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours.
