Restoration bricklayer wanted in Powhatan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Powhatan County, Virginia. The role involves: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
