Kitchen cook wanted in Oceana County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Oceana County, Michigan. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
