Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
