Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Part-time with flexible hours.
