Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Gray County, Kansas. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
