Canteen cook — St. Francis County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in St. Francis County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 3+ years on the tools preferred.
